built this.

Most middle-market M&A still runs on old lists, old PDFs, and the hope that yesterday's relationships are enough. That is not how companies are built anymore. It should not be how they are sold, bought, or financed.

GA Capital exists for owners and investors who need a sharper machine: senior judgement at the table, ground truth from the market, and a research engine that can build a sector view in days instead of waiting for a quarterly report.

We are not trying to look like every other boutique bank. We are trying to do the work better. More primary data. More local context. More buyer intelligence. More velocity. Less theatre.

The Asia-Europe corridor is our home ground. We go where the asset is, where the buyer is, and where the truth is. Then we bring it back into a process that can stand up in front of a board, an investment committee, or a family office principal.
